What is NOT Covered
- Stains, spills, or chemical damage from cleaning agents not recommended
- Damage caused by overloading curtains with heavier-than-recommended fabric
- Damage from power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical faults not caused by manufacturing defects
- Damage caused during installation by third-party personnel not authorized by Cubicle Curtains
- Extreme humidity or corrosive environments affecting components
- Using curtains outside recommended healthcare applications (e.g., residential or industrial misuse)
- Fabric texture or sheen changes due to environmental factors
- Fabric damage caused by abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow measuring/installation/use/cleaning maintenance instructions
- Unauthorized alterations to track layout, panel size, or motor configuration
